Individual Registration

The game fee for participation is $30 per game.
If you are selected to play in any match, you will be notified via email. Upon receiving the selection email, you will also receive further instructions and will be required to submit the game fee promptly to confirm your participation.
Please note that submitting your availability does not guarantee selection in any playing squad.
By signing below, I confirm my intention to participate in a tournament organized by Lakeshore Cricket League Inc.
I acknowledge that cricket is a physical sport and participation carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating, I voluntarily assume all such risks.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Lakeshore Cricket League Inc., its organizers, coordinators, volunteers, officials, and umpires from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while participating in this tournament.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakeshore Cricket League Inc. and its representatives from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from my participation in the event.
I understand that I am participating entirely at my own risk and agree to abide by all rules and decisions made by the organizers and officials of the tournament.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver and participation agreement.
