I am signing below to acknowledge my intention to be a part of Lakeshore Cricket League Inc. Kindly note that injuries are part of the game. Lakeshore Cricket League inc or any member of the organizing panel or umpires cannot be sued for any injuries. This acts as a waiver as well.
