I am signing below to acknowledge our Club's and its player's intention to take part in the Lakeshore Cricket League and abide by all the rules and policies. Kindly note that injuries are part of the game. Lakeshore Cricket League or any member of the organizing panel or umpires cannot be sued for any injuries.
